IoP團隊赴日本名古屋參與IS Plasma 2024 國際研討會

2024年3月，本中心團隊夥伴何主亮、陳瑛鴻、謝秉諺、以及郭博昇及魏雨任兩位研究生夥伴赴日本名古屋參與ISPlasma 2024。出席夥伴分別發表：何主亮「Reactive Gas Flow Sputtering Prepared Y-O-F Coating for Anti-plasma Etching Purpose 」、陳瑛鴻「Acute toxicity test using zebrafish embryos to evaluate the concentration of plasma-activated water.」、謝秉諺「A DBD reactor with high RNS concentration: experimental and modelling approach」、郭博昇「60 MHz VHF-CCP Plasma to Produce Via on ABF Film」、魏雨任「A multi-electrode cold atmospheric pressure DBD plasma reactor aiming at sprout growth application」。本系講座教授Yoshinobu Kawai也發表了Two-dimensional PIC simulation of VHF capacitively coupled Ar plasma。非常榮幸能夠參與這次的研討會，除了再次造訪名古屋大學低溫電漿中心之外，並與多名相關領域專家學者聚首於此相互切磋學習。
