IoP團隊赴美國納什維爾參與 SVC TechCon 2025國際研討會

2024年5月17日至22日，本中心團隊夥伴中心主任何主亮講座教授、陳瑛鴻教授、謝秉諺教授與邱聖貴教授以及三位碩士研究生崔睿彰、陳昱文、方培恩赴美國納什維爾參與 SVC TechCon 2025，本中心協力夥伴大永真空設備股份有限公司也共同出席本次研討會。

今年何主亮講座教授擔任HiPIMS session TAC助理主席及HiPIMS session moderator並口頭報告發表「Enhancing Uniformity and Stability through OES-Based Feedback Control in an Industrial Roll-to-Roll HiPIMS Coater」，其他中心夥伴也分別發表：

• 謝秉諺教授口頭報告發表「Black Metal Film Prepared by Gas Flow Sputtering for Capacitor Electrode Purpose」
• 邱聖貴教授口頭報告發表「The Effect of Different Compositional Ratios of Quaternary Alloy Targets on CIGS Solar Cells Prepared by DC Magnetron Sputtering」
• 方培恩碩士研究生口頭報告發表「HiPIMS-TiO2 as Electron Transport Layer for Flexible Perovskite Solar Cells Application」
• 崔睿彰碩士研究生口頭報告發表「HiPIMS TiB2 Coating onto Slitter Cutters to Enhance Aluminum Capacitor Foil Cutting Quality」
• 陳昱文碩士研究生口頭報告發表「HiPIMS Deposited Constantan Alloy Film for Stretchable Thin-Film Strain Gauge」

而陳瑛鴻教授則為海報發表「Metallic Lustrous HiPIMS Indium-Tin Coating on TPU」，另外，大永真空的詹子厚副理，也口頭發表了「Utilizing OES active feedback control to improve batch-to-batch Stability in industrial HiPIMS coating processes」。

最後，今年本中心與德國Fraunhofer 簽訂合約雙方成立逢甲大學-弗勞恩霍夫創新平台 (Fraunhofer Innovation Platform for Surface Engineering for Optical and Electrical Systems at Feng Chia University, FIP-SPE@FCU)之後，在過去十年之間共同合作的成果也在大會邀請之下，透過擔任FIP-SPE@FCU副主任的Dr. Ralf Bandorf主講Hollow Cathode Processes，他也介紹了本研究團隊在GFS方面多年來所做的努力。
